The Bell Team wishes you and your family and friends a very merry Christmas! We hope you enjoy our poetic musings as you enjoy this special season.

'Twas the Night Before Closing

‘Twas the night before closing, the boxes were packed,
The documents were piled in neat little stacks.
In a mere few hours the deal would be done

They assembled an offer sure not to stall.

The buyers were gathered in front of Pinterest
Where Chip and Joanna had captured their interest.
Shiplap, barn doors, faux wooden beams,
Soon they would be in the home of their dreams.

Day Two (Saturday

  2. For your interior, leave an inside light on a timer when you are away from home, even if it is only for a short period of time. Draw your blinds and curtains closed to conceal what gifts you may have in your home.
  3. Break down
