About Homes For Sale in Hoschton, GA

The Hoschton real estate market offers many spacious homes at excellent prices. Expect to find a range of properties over 3000 square feet in size, on large lots facing quiet, tree-lined streets.

Many of the homes for sale in Hoschton adopt traditional Colonial elements, including the red brick and white trim characteristic of American Federalist architecture, wide porches with balconies above, double-hung windows framed by wooden shutters, and strong stone accents.

And given the large yards, you can also expect to find long drives ending in over-sized forward-facing garages. Some properties even have carriage drives for an added regal feel. New construction homes in and around Hoschton tend to feature traditional frame-and-board construction - at least in their finishing - while interiors are as modern and updated as one would expect. With wooden floors, open-concept floor plans, kitchen islands, granite counters, large tubs, and stainless steel appliances - comfort, convenience, and luxury are the most apt descriptions.

Some homes also exhibit strong Craftsman elements, including sturdy square pillars, wooden gable brackets, and raw stone finishes.
