We can also explore capturing a Matterport video, an exciting technology that turns your home into an explorable 3D space.
Then, we develop a listing page on our newly-redesigned website that emphasizes its unique and most attractive aspects. We then present your home to buyers by establishing it on GAMLS® and FMLS®, new listings sheets, and real estate publications. As Keller Williams agents, we are connected to a nationwide network of professional contacts.
In addition, your listing will be featured on our Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook feeds. At least once every two weeks we'll repost your listing to ensure that it is given the most exposure possible. If you have a luxury listing (any listing over $500,000), it will be included on the Keller Williams International Luxury listings--a prestige designation that is geared specifically toward buyers in that price range.
